The payment deadline is set individually, usually within 10 days of confirmation of the application. The exact deadline is stated in the registration e-mail, in which the ISLS organizer confirms acceptance of the participant’s application. After the application deadline, the participation fee becomes payable immediately.

*The last four digits of the variable symbol (xxxx) are the individual identification number that participants will receive together with the confirmation of acceptance of their application and admission to the selected language course. The identification number must also be quoted if the payment is made in cash at the university cash office (see details below). Please wait for confirmation of the application before making the payment.

TAX DOCUMENTS

A receipt for payment of the ISLS language course will be issued on request within 14 days of payment. After this period, tax receipts cannot be issued.

 

INVOICES

Participants requiring an invoice for the course fee must send an invoice request to isls@ujp.zcu.cz immediately after their application has been approved.
