If the organizer cancels a course, the participation fee will be refunded in full to the bank account from which it was paid.

 

If participants cancel their registration for the 36^th ISLS by Friday, 26 June 2026 (inclusive), a cancellation fee of 20% of the participation fee will be applied. After this date, the participation fee is non-refundable.

If participants are unable to attend the course due to illness and cancel their registration before the start of the course, they will be refunded 40% of the course fee; the remaining 60% is retained by the course organizer. The 40% refund will be issued only upon presentation of a medical report. Without such documentation, no refund will be granted.

Termination of participation during the course, whether due to illness or any other reason, does not entitle the participant to a refund of any part of the course fee.

The organizer reserves the right to merge language courses (for example, combining two levels or merging a specialized course with a general course). Participants will be informed of such changes in writing.
